Truck bodies at affordable prices

All of our truck bodies are manufactured from high quality steel or aluminium and are manufactured in line with ISO9000:2015 standards and Whole Vehicle Type Approval standards (where necessary) to guarantee a high quality, reliable, long lasting body for your vehicles. As well as the body we can supply and fit the tipping gear, electrical systems, automatic tail doors, weighing systems and any other equipment you need to get the best out of your truck. All Garstang Truck bodies include:

• High strength hard wearing aluminium (5454 H22 / H24 / H32 spec) used only.
• All bodies come with a 2 year warranty and are CE marked for your peace of mind.
• Conspicuity tape fitted to comply with safety regulations.
• Side guards, spray suppression, under run bumper and certification for Whole Vehicle Type Approval (where necessary).

Insulated bodies

• Manufactured with specially produced one piece top and bottom raves.
• Full length runners as opposed to the customary V pan runners so notorious for cracking.
• Cross bearers and noggin infills for added under floor strength.
• Insulation sheets fixed to internal uprights.
• Insulation infill material can be added.
• On bodies carrying Tarmacadam uprights that are used to attach insulation, sheets do not have contact with internal body sides, whilst the structural ribs do not have contact with the external insulation sheets.

Ribbed type bodies

• Manufactured with specially produced one piece top and bottom raves.
• Full length runners as opposed to the customary V pan runners so notorious for cracking.
• Cross bearers and noggin infills structure under the floor for added strength.

Animal waste / Fallen stock bodies

• Can be manufactured with dual action tail door which hinges from top as normal tail door but can also be used as a ramp for ease of access.
• Built to your specification.
• Winches supplied and fitted for ease of loading.

Garstang Type bodies

• Similar to our ribbed type bodies but with the side sheets folded to meet the floor (This means no use of a bottom rail.)

Clear sided bodies

• Stronger top rails and thicker side sheets used for strength to counter balance loss of side ribs.

Hardox bodies

• Hardox steel tipping bodies also built to your specifications.

Hooklift frame bodies

• Ribbed or insulated bodies built to suit hooklift frames.
